We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied.

1Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date
  • This is your first purchase of PMTAcore
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
  • You provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address (BTC or LTC) to receive the refund

2Refund Method & Processing Fee

Important: Cryptocurrency Refunds Only

All refunds are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC or LTC). We cannot process refunds via other payment methods.

Due to cryptocurrency transaction fees and processing costs, a 2% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

3How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

4Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Request made after 7 days from purchase date
  • Account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Previous refund has already been issued for your account
  • Unable to provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
